The Hill Family Double Barrel represents a blend of the best two barrels of cabernet sauvignon from the estate, directed towards the serious collector (or embiber). The light touch of Malbec and Petit Verdot brings out the spice and cherry from the Cabernet with and add a silky finish. It was bottled unfiltered so expect natural sediment as the bottle balances itself out to utter perfection.
