Coming from the historic and storied Beaulieu Vineyards, established in 1900 by Frenchman Georges de Latour, this Private Reserve is one of the iconic grand cru of Napa Valley. Since 1936, this cuveé has been produced from BV's finest home vineyards in Rutherford, known simply as Ranch #1 and Ranch #2. This 1980 comes from a private cellar, where it has been resting and maturing peacefully for 40 years. It is fully-developed and aficionados of Cabernet Sauvignon need no further elaboration.
